At Ink & Stitch, we’re committed to offering high-quality products at the most competitive prices. With our Price Match Guarantee, you can shop with confidence knowing you’ll never pay more than necessary. If you find the same product at a lower price from a recognised UK retailer, we’ll match it.
How it works is simple:
If you come across a lower price for an identical item, just get in touch with us via email, phone or live chat. Share the details, such as the retailer’s name and a link or advert showing the price. Our team will verify the information, and once approved, we’ll match the price before you complete your purchase.
The guarantee applies to new, in-stock items that are identical in brand, size, model and specification. The price must be offered by a recognised UK retailer – not a marketplace, private seller or auction site.
Please note, we’re unable to match prices from clearance sales, flash promotions, wholesale or trade pricing, loyalty discounts, or listings from unauthorised or third-party sellers.
Why choose Ink & Stitch?
We go beyond pricing, offering carefully selected products, responsive customer service, fast and secure delivery, and a straightforward returns process. With our Price Match Guarantee, you know you’re always getting the best value.
