• Setup Fee (for new logos): A one-off charge for converting your artwork into a format compatible with our embroidery or printing machines.
• Garment Costs: This includes the cost of the clothing or other items you choose, with quantity discounts available. The more you buy, the more you save.
• Application Costs (cost to add the logo): This relates to the fee for applying your chosen design to the garments. The cost is determined by the number of applications, and it decreases proportionately with higher quantities.

Further Information on Application Costs

Each printing or embroidery application has an associated cost based on the total number of applications. The more you buy, the cheaper each application becomes. For example, ordering one garment with three printed logos would equate to three printing applications.

Setup Charges

When ordering a customization for the first time, a setup charge will be applied to your order. This cost covers the conversion of the file or text you provide into a format compatible with our printing or embroidery machines. Our specialist artwork team will take care of this process, ensuring it meets the highest standards. Additionally, we will proof it to you for approval to make certain it aligns perfectly with your expectations. The current setup charge list is as follows:

Once you have paid a setup charge for a customization, you will not be charged this fee again on subsequent orders.
