Additional Delivery Options

We offer various delivery options for locations outside the UK. Standard delivery to mainland UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands is free for orders over £150 or £5.99 for orders below that amount. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands/Isle of Man incur a £20 charge and may take an additional two business days. Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

Dispatch Times

• Products without logos or customization typically take 3-4 working days for processing, with delivery in 5-7 working days.
• Customised products with logos may take 5-7 working days from artwork approval.
• During peak times, these estimates may extend. Our customer service team will keep you updated on any delays and can provide alternatives if needed.
• In the event of shortage or damage, retain the carrier’s receipt and notify Ink and Stitch. within 48 hours of delivery.
